Like it or leave it? Here's my verdict
The staff was really good, always eager to assist and create an accommodating environment! The location offered fine views of the surrounding nature.
Despite the beautiful setting, the cleanliness of the bathrooms left much to be desired. Hot water availability was also a persistent issue.

The room cleanliness left much to be desired, and I found some areas were filthy. Many activities like archery and shooting came with additional charges. I anticipated more inclusive amenities for the price I paid.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the breathtaking views from the Indulge Room and the relaxing time I spent at the outdoor pool and spa centre. The ambiance was great for unwinding after a long day, but I did find that some of the extra activities had an additional charge. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I recommend checking it out for a perfect getaway! 😊

Amazing staff and food experience
The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant where the food was so good. They really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. My only issue was that the WiFi was a bit off at times.

missingWrote a review on 24 Marreally good staffexcellent fooddisappointing room conditionpoor cleanlinesslack of air conditioning
The staff provided an really good experience, particularly the food service led by the chef, consistently excellent. The condition of the rooms was disappointing, with maintenance issues and poor cleanliness, detracting from an otherwise pleasant stay. The lack of air conditioning in one room, despite having booked two similar accommodations, was frustrating and illogical.

I checked in, intrigued by the Anaiyirangal Dam views. Sadly, the room's odour made me long for Taipei delicacies. the staff upgraded my room to valiant efforts, but alas, sauna spats aplenty. Guest brawls over burnt spring rolls; I resorted to manoeuvring table tennis balls. Praise be for ample parking, a saving grace amidst the trampoline turmoil. a Munnar tale of caution, or a derailed monsoon train-whichever hits closer to home. Cheers to more hustle than bustle. 🏞️🍽️🏓.

We hit up the Hotel Triplets Entertainment, and it was epic! the outdoor movie nights by the bonfire were DOPE, and we totally rocked the karaoke party. It was all vibes, man!
Yo, we just wished there was a sick pool party scene with some lit DJs spinning mad beats. Just saying, a poolside party would have taken our vacay to the next level!
